About us

DHJ-Bimtek is an engineering design company specialized in delivering advanced engineering installation projects for retail, office, residential, industrial and public-facility buildings.

Our history begins in 2011 when the design team for building systems (Civil Department) was established within the structures of Apply Poland. In 2014, after organizational changes within the Apply Consortium in Norway, the decision was made to establish an independent company named TB Poland Sp. z o.o. focused on building services and at the beginning of August 2020 the engineering team was transferred into a brand new company – DHJ-Bimtek Sp. z o.o.[Ltd.]

For the purposes of your projects we offer the expertise and experience of our design engineers licensed to work on sanitary, heating, air-conditioning and electrical sprinkler systems, our specialists in BIM technologies (Cracow University of Technology certified), as well as consulting services in multi-criteria building certification system - BREEAM (BREEAM INT/UK Accredited Professional – BRE Global cert.).

In our office in Krakow we develop designs of building services engineering systems from the concept stage to the as-built drawings. We make our designs using the most advanced tools for object modelling of buildings, delivering to our customers not only detailed executive drawings and bills of materials, but also complete and fully coordinated 3D/BIM models of all systems present in a designed building.
